Eliot Allen is an urban planner and photographer living in Portland Oregon, where he first worked as a photographer's assistant at Photo-Art Studios. His images across North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America are a mix of 35mm film and digital. His photos have appeared in juried group shows nationally, including:
