Eliot Allen is an urban planner and photographer living in Portland Oregon, where he first worked as a photographer's assistant at Photo-Art Studios. His images across North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America are a mix of 35mm film and digital. Eliot's award-winning photos have appeared in juried group shows nationally, including:

Eliot is a member of Blue Sky and the Center for Photographic Art.
