Eliot Allen is an urban planner and photographer living in Portland Oregon, where he first worked as a photographer's assistant at Photo-Art Studios. His images across North America, Asia, Europe, and Latin America are a mix of 35mm film and digital. His photos have appeared in juried group shows nationally, including:

His work is held in private collections and has been featured in The Guardian and The Eye of Photography. In 2024 his photos are in juried group exhibits at the Modern Visual Arts Gallery of Bethlehem PA; LightBox Gallery of Astoria OR; O'Hanlon Center for the Arts of Mill Valley CA; Axis Gallery of Sacramento CA; and the Glasgow Gallery of Photography in Glasgow Scotland. 

Eliot is a member of Blue Sky and the Center for Photographic Art.
